1) Do not place an order if you're not confirming it. Place an order only if you are serious about purchasing it and can pay up within the next 24 hours.

2) We do not like DEAD BUYERS so if your caught to be one, you will be BAN from ourprimarycolours.blogspot.com TOTALLY.

3) If you have any doubts or quiries, feel free to clarify your doubts about the item you want to purchase by sending us an e-mail at primarycolours_@hotmail.com

4) All apparels from all Collections are absolutely brand new and NOT SECOND HANDS.

5) Registered postage will be an additional $2.24 on top of Normal Postage. For overseas postage will be different so please check with us.

6) We highly recommend our customers to opt of Registered Postage as it is a much safer option to prevent of lost of product.

7) We will not be responsible in any way if your item(s) go missing via Normal Mail.

8) The different between registered mail and Normal mail is that, registered mail comes with a tracking number for you to track your packages whereas Normal Mail does not & there is no way to track it down if you do not receive it.

9) Items will be mailed out in 1-3 working days after payment has been received.

10) Please make sure your home address is correct as we will mail it accordingly to what you give to us.
